Return & Refund
At RIDE CVLN, we offer a hassle-free shipping policy where we offer an easy and trouble-free cancellation process for all. Customers can cancel any order which has not been produced and shipped out and attain a 100% refund. By processing an easy cancellation process, we prioritize convenience for all our customers.
We also offer the liberty for customers to return the products to us and attain a complete refund. We offer a 14 calendar days return on all new items purchased from our store and a full refund of products only after performing a scrutinized quality check of the products delivered. We do not offer any return & refund for any product which exceeds 14-day period since the delivery. Your bikes will be completely covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We only grant a return & refund of the product under the following circumstances:
when the product is completely new, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
We do not accept any product which is damaged, used and exceeds 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We also do not offer the facility for products that are not purchased from our store.
We also do not do any exchanges as there is a much faster way to attain a completely new item. All you need to do is purchase the right item you need and request a return and refund. Wait patiently until we perform the steps and offer you a return.
How to request a return?
- In order to request a return, you must get in touch with the customer support executives by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Follow this process by filling in the return form and put the item in the package.
- Send the item to the warehouse and attain a refund once the item undergoes a quality check.
- We shall reject order(s) and package(s) which are not paid.
We have two locations that you can send the packages to. You can choose the location as per your convenience and distance.

Note: Customers need to pay the shipping fee to return an item. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% on merchandise returned, which requires an additional labor charge. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Once we have received and checked your returned product, we send over an email of the receipt. We also send notification with respect to the acceptance or rejection of the refund request. If the request is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The credit gets applied to your credit card or to the original mode of payment within 3-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds

If the case remains unsolved, you can contact the respective credit card company. It takes some time before the refund gets posted officially. Even after this, if you do not receive the refund, please contact us at email@example.com
